The story of Axelent began in the 1990s in Hillerstorp, Småland, with a vision to create safer workplaces for those working with machines and industrial processes. Driven by innovation and a commitment to safety, the company quickly expanded, introducing solutions like machine guards to improve safety in productions and warehouses, and impact protection to keep employees and infrastructure safe.
Today, Axelent operates globally, with more than 350 employees worldwide. Despite significant growth, we have preserved a strong sense of community and togetherness, which remains at the heart of our company culture.

I’m Digital Sales Coordinator for Axelent Benelux and in this role I’m responsible for making sure our customers and potential customers are finding the way to Axelent online. I’m also in charge for our Social Media pages, lead generation, brand awareness and organizing exhibitions throughout the year. What I like the most about working at Axelent Benelux is the work environment, a real family vibe. This is not only in the Benelux but I can feel this energy globally when meeting our colleagues in Sweden or from around the world.

In my role in administration and customer support, I’m responsible for handling customer orders, answering questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery. I work closely with different departments to ensure our customers always receive the best service possible. What I like most about working at Axelent is the positive team spirit and the fact that no two days are the same. It’s really rewarding to help customers and contribute to a company that values efficiency and teamwork.

How long have you worked at Axelent?
I’ve officially been working full-time at Axelent for 15 years. Before that, I did holiday work as a student, mainly helping with installations.
What motivates you personally as a
leader?
I’m motivated by creating a positive work environment where both the company and its people can grow. I value fostering a culture where we share the same values and support each other's development.
What’s the best thing
about working at Axelent Benelux?
For me, the best thing about working at Axelent Benelux is the strong family spirit. People are given the opportunity to grow, develop, and become the best version of themselves.
How does it feel to be moving to your new
office at the beginning of 2026, and where can we find you?
My team and I are really looking forward to the move. The new office will give us a more practical and professional work environment with room to grow, both as a team and as a company. You can find us at our new office in Hever, Belgium.
