Welcome to our career page – a place to discover our people, our culture, and what makes Axelent unique.

The story of Axelent began in the 1990s in Hillerstorp, Småland, with a vision to create safer workplaces for those working with machines and industrial processes. Driven by innovation and a commitment to safety, the company quickly expanded, introducing solutions like machine guards to improve safety in productions and warehouses, and impact protection to keep employees and infrastructure safe.

Today, Axelent operates globally, with more than 350 employees worldwide. Despite significant growth, we have preserved a strong sense of community and togetherness, which remains at the heart of our company culture.
We call it One Axelent.

  • I’m the Digital Sales Coordinator for the Italian office, which means that I oversee the marketing activities for Axelent Italy, covering both our online and offline presence. Every activity is aimed at driving engagement on social media, increasing traffic to our website, and generating new leads while nurturing existing ones. The best part about working at Axelent is definitely my colleagues, both in the Italian office and internationally. In the Italian office we have a strong bond, share a lot of laughs, and support each other through challenges and busy periods. No matter how busy the day gets, in Axelent I never feel alone.

How long have you worked at Axelent?
Directly 10 years, but 20 if I consider also when I was at the Reseller TecnelSystem.

What motivates you personally as a leader?
Making people grow as professional with my help.

What experience did you have before you started working at Axelent?
….. too many probably! But at the end I had long experience in industrial sales.

What’s the best part of working at Axelent?
Be part of a group, helping each other and work hard to reach our object.
