The story of Axelent began in the 1990s in Hillerstorp, Småland, with a vision to create safer workplaces for those working with machines and industrial processes. Driven by innovation and a commitment to safety, the company quickly expanded, introducing solutions like machine guards to improve safety in productions and warehouses, and impact protection to keep employees and infrastructure safe.
Today, Axelent operates globally, with more than 350 employees worldwide. Despite significant growth, we have preserved a strong sense of community and togetherness, which remains at the heart of our company culture.

I work as a Warehouse Supervisor and been at Axelent since March 2025. I would describe Axelent as a place of opportunity to learn and grow. We are always given challenging tasks, and the company fully supports us in developing new skills, making me feel like I am advancing right alongside the organization. How long have you worked at Axelent?
I have been with Axelent for about a year. It’s been an exciting journey establishing our presence here — from setting up operations to hiring our first team members and building the foundation for growth in the region.
What motivates you personally as a leader?
What motivates me most as a leader is creating an environment where people can grow and feel proud of what they do. I believe in leading with integrity and transparency — being open about both our challenges and successes. I’m also driven by passion and courage — having the bravery to take bold steps and the commitment to stand by our values in everything we do.
What experience did you have before you started working at Axelent?
Before joining Axelent, I gained experience in leadership and business development across international markets, building and scaling teams, and driving growth through strategic partnerships. These experiences have shaped my approach to leading with clarity, accountability, and a strong focus on people.
