We sat down with Kalle to talk about his role, what drives him in his work and what he values most about being part of Axelent.
How would you describe your role as Deputy Sales Director, what does it mean in practice?
– My role is about supporting and developing our subsidiaries and sales teams around the world. I work closely with our Managing Directors to make sure we’re all moving in the same direction, towards profitable growth. A big part of my job is to give our companies the right conditions to succeed.

What motivates you the most in your work within sales?
– All the opportunities that lie ahead! I really enjoy being part of this journey, seeing ideas turn into tangible results and knowing that we’re creating value for both our customers and our organization. I’m motivated by satisfied customers and by seeing the team grow and achieve our goals.
Which qualities do you think are most important to succeed in sales?
– I believe that those who are most successful in sales genuinely care about the customer’s reality. It’s about listening and understanding their needs. If you keep the customer at the center, combined with curiosity and perseverance, you can’t go wrong.
