How would you describe your role at Axelent?
My role in Digital Sales is an all-encompassing one within Axelent. I coordinate and execute our local marketing activities, both physically and digitally, team up with sales on lead generation, manage our online platforms and tools, delve into analytics and trends, and create content. No two days are ever the same. To summarize, my role focuses on capturing and capitalizing on new customers’ interest and putting Axelent’s name out there. We need to meet the customer where they want to be met, increasingly online, and give them the knowledge and digital tools to choose Axelent with confidence.

If you could switch roles at Axelent for a day, which one would you choose – and why?
That’s a tough question, but I would choose to be part of the product team. That department is always challenging how we can improve existing products and develop new ones. Getting a sneak peek at future innovations in the pipeline and testing products firsthand would make for an exciting day!
What motivates you the most in your work?
Seeing the results of our digital campaigns and channels from that initial engagement is always motivating. We’ve made massive strides forward digitally as an organization, and there’s always a new project in the works that challenges us to raise the bar. Digital is an ever-changing field, with innovations and trends constantly reshaping the landscape, it never gets boring and keeps me on my toes.

What’s the best thing about working at Axelent?
Easily the people and the culture. I’ve been with Axelent for 11 years now, and the culture is stronger than ever. Many of the people I’ve worked with throughout my time here are still with the company, and we’ve grown both professionally and personally alongside each other. It might sound cliché, but we are a family-owned business and that family feeling truly runs through the entire organization.
