Katarina Hedlöf Schwartz - Global HR Director

Who is Katarina, and where have you worked before?
I’m a solution-oriented, business-driven HR professional who makes things happen. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in global environments at companies such as Ericsson, Renault, Toyota, Mycronic, and Lesjöfors.
What made you choose a career in HR?
I truly believe that with the right people in the right place, guided by the right leadership, we can achieve incredible things. Creating an environment where employees feel proud and part of something bigger has always motivated me.

What attracted you to Axelent?
Axelent is a fantastic global company with its own production and an exciting journey ahead. What really stood out to me was the combination of ambitious and competent leaders and the strong support from the owners.
What are you most proud of in your career so far?
I’m proud to have been part of building organizations that delivered beyond expectations, all in environments where “people-centric” leadership was at the heart of everything.
