Can you describe your role in Digital Sales and what your main focus is in the US market?
As Digital Sales Coordinator for the US, I focus on creating real sales opportunities from our digital platforms. A big part of my role is balancing campaigns, content creation and lead generation. Our main focus in the US is growing awareness of our impact protection line.
How do you work with digital presence and lead generation in your daily work?
I’m always working in our digital platforms, whether it’s the website, LinkedIn or online advertising. A large part of my role is tracking engagement across these platforms and identifying what works best to attract new leads.
From there, it’s about qualifying those leads, connecting them with the right people internally and supporting the sales team in turning those leads into real opportunities.
How do you see digital sales supporting the customer journey, from first interaction to long-term relationships?
We need to meet the customer throughout the entire journey. Early on, it’s often about helping customers understand their challenges and showing possible solutions rather than focusing on a specific product.
As interest grows, we support the decision-making process with relevant content such as customer cases and product insights. After that, the focus is on staying connected and continuing to provide value through relevant communication and follow-ups.

How do you balance global brand consistency with the specific needs of the US market?
Customers in the US tend to favor quick solutions and immediate results. We therefore highlight those aspects of our offering, while also supporting customers with the knowledge and experience Axelent has built globally.
What motivates you most in your role?
I love seeing a digital lead turn into an actual order. Knowing that all our efforts, from content creation to tracking and analytics, contribute to real growth is incredibly motivating.
